I have been coming to this dentistry for over 10 years and the staff and DR. Hovesepian have always been very welcoming, kind and extremely professional. The staff always provides me with the necessary work needed and never tries to oversell me on additional dental work that I do not need. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The actual teeth cleaning was very well done and my teeth were super white afterwards. I also have Invisalign and the spots that the Invisalign created were cleaned perfectly. 10/10 I loved this place.

Great communication and friendly staff. I missed my initial appt due to work and with some luck they were able to fit me in later in the day at no extra charge thanks to a cancellation. 10/10 on customer satisfaction and 10/10 on services!

Very happy with my experience at Viva Smile! I came here after a bad experience with another dentist and wanted a second opinion on some fillings that kept needing to be redone. They were very thorough in examining my teeth and determined the issues with my existing fillings were due to them being poorly done in the first place. The office staff helped me get my old dentist to refund me for the badly done fillings and helped me navigate the insurance issues so that my new fillings were covered. They have been such a huge help and I honestly look forward to dentist appointments now!

Update: After my previous review, I’ve since visited the office numerous times. And it only gets better each and every time. As I mentioned before, they treat you and care for you as family. They have even gotten a new dentist in the office recently and she is so sweet and understanding. She listens to any of your concerns and just wants you to feel comfortable, safe and happy! I am positive you will actually love coming to the dentist if you don’t already! They have a wonderful team and have built a wonderful environment! Love it here!——Despite having hundreds of clients who come to their office often, they'll still remember you and treat you like family. I was surprised to see that in my second visit, they remembered me which says a lot about a business and shows they value each and every client.I'm the worst at remembering names, but the young lady at the front desk is one of the kindest people you'll meet and the dental staff are incredibly inviting, kind and mannered.There's a reason why Viva Smile has so many great reviews and it's simply because they're AMAZING! :)
Dr. Gohar is fantastic, and so is all of the staff. I absolutely hated dentist visits, but Dr. Gohar’s kindness and frankness about what needed to be done has changed that. She’s about saving and preserving your teeth, not a bunch of upsales. Would strongly recommend her to anyone who doesn’t like their dentist or dentists in general.
I had a wonderful experience at Viva Smile. Starting off with Joey in the front, absolutely amazing customer service and knowledgeable. I met a few of the back staff and was treated so good by all of them. Danny in particular stood out to me as she made my visit feel more comfortable and constantly checking in on me to make sure I was doing alright. I just got started on Invisalign and so far everything has been so easy and straightforward. I can’t wait to see my results! Highly recommend this office for all your dental needs!
The entire staff at Viva Smile are exceptional. We went in today for our routine cleaning. Both my daughter and son needed a filling . We were lucky as they were able to accommodate us and complete the procedure. Anxiety was high as this was their first filling experience. My experience has been excellent! I was highly recommended to Dr. Gohar and I now see why. I started my invisalign journey the beginning of the year and just got them off and I have to say this has been such an easy and pleasant process! For my people who work a 9 to 5 it was really convenient for me to be taking pictures for my progress and not have to physically come down to the office. Save me a lot of time! It is super easy to use the app and communicate with the doctor. The doctor was so knowledgeable and took care of all of my concerns and more. The staff has been very kind and caring with me. Joey was so kind and informative with my dental treatment! Joey really is great and Danni always made me feel comfortable when taking me back and prepping me for the Doctor (Dental office space can be nerve wrecking for me). Thank you again to this amazing team and overall my experience was very caring and efficient!

I always hated going to the dentist, because not only does it hurt orally but also financially. I experienced spending so much in one visit because they would tell me i need this i need that. But ever since I switched to Viva Smiles, i look forward to getting my 6 month check ups and cleaning. Dr.Gohat and her team makes you feel like family. It feels like home in there. They take time to talk to you and hear your concerns, answer your questions and does not pressure you in getting treatments you dont need. Of course they will give you their recommendations but they would understand the situation if you cant afford it yet they wont scare you like other dentist do. I feel like my teeth and gums have gone so much better ever since I became their member. I highly recommend Viva Smiles. They are patient focused dental clinic.
Routine check up visit for Invisalign. Waiting room was pleasant and cool. Greeted upon entering. Didn’t wait long. Check up was quick. My son was happy they told him he was doing good with the Invisalign. “Very responsible” she told him.Would recommend!
